About me
Angelo Lambroschino, M.A. is a seasoned higher education administrator and admissions leader with a passion for personalized relationship building and innovative collaboration. He possesses nearly a decade of extensive leadership experience in both undergraduate and graduate admissions. Angelo demonstrates his commitment to professional development by serving as the Membership Chair for Pennsylvania's Association for Graduate Admissions Professionals (PAGAP). At Lehigh University, Angelo represents over 1200 full-time and part-time staff members as an appointed representative of the Employee Relations Advisory Committee (ERAC); elevating key issues for staff members through Lehigh's new Strategic Plan. Angelo is committed to supporting DEI&B, retention, and student engagement through an enrollment lens. His philosophy of "full-cycle recruitment" explores the benefits of uniting the university community through recruitment efforts, bringing together: prospective students, current students, and alumni into the recruitment process. He also leverages his academic background in Media Psychology to improve marketing efforts and the higher education user experience (faculty, staff, & students). Outside of work, it brings him joy to give back to the community by regularly engaging in volunteer, public speaking, and mentorship opportunities.

INFJ (Wolf): INFJs are value-driven individuals who tend to remain mysterious and complex even after you’ve become close to one. They are often creative and inspired individuals. They are good at perceiving emotions and are sensitive to the feelings of others, but they are not very prone to revealing much of themselves until they trust someone completely. That said, they are intensely interested in the well-being of others and are often seen as protectors as well as natural leaders.
